It was our first day of runners club today! At 12:15 we were ready outside the office, ready to run!
Mrs Scott had her arm band so she could use mapmyrun to see how far we ran and what our pace was. We ran up Lowes Road, around Brookside Park and then back around the park. We stopped in the shade to do some pressups (our goal was 50 - some of us need to work on that goal!) and then we ran back to school.
When we got back we had a good stretch in the shade and then headed in to have lunch.
We know that it is super important to drink a whole drink bottle of water this afternoon, so this is a good goal for lots of us, Mrs Scott has already finished her bottle!
